Alf Group has always grown under the guidance of the family that founded it. Today, the vision is safeguarded by Maria Cristina Piovesana, President and CEO of the Group; Piero Piovesana, Executive Director and Head of Production; and Flavio DaFrè, Executive Director and Head of R&D. Three different individuals, three distinct professional paths, yet united by the same entrepreneurial idea inherited from Oliviero: close to the territory, rooted in the future.
Alongside them, the presence of the third generation in the company brings new skills and sensitivities, ensuring continuity in a story defined by craftsmanship, innovation, and responsibility toward the community.
